In this section we offer all kinds of artworks created after 1945. After WWII art stiles developed rapidly in many different directions and manigfaltige styles evolved on each continent.

When art history tends to be Eurocentric until the 19^th century, post war especially artist from the U.S. formed the avante garde of that time. European Artist managed to evolve the difficulties of war and fought fee from the dust of what art supposed to be. Sometimes radically, the borders of academical art broke free and led the way to our contemporary view on fine art.

Contemporary artist nowadays are internationally working. Some grew to be superstars, but all find themselves concerned with new topics and new media.
